Reading Nook coloring page line art — a window seat with cushions, a sleeping cat, shelves of books and many houseplants. The same Reading Nook coloring page coloured in using the palette below.
The line art, and one way of colouring it — using the 12 colours below.

What is on the page

A window seat sits under a tall paned window, with a view of leafy trees outside. Cushions are piled at one end, a fringed blanket hangs over the edge, and a cat is curled asleep on the seat. Built-in shelves on both sides hold rows of books, pots of trailing ivy, a fern and flowering plants. In the foreground a round rug, a tufted floor cushion and a three-legged side table with a steaming mug complete the room. Nearly every surface carries something.

Colouring it

Dense detail — an unhurried, absorbing page.

This is the most detailed page in the set and the one that rewards patience. The books are the trick — a shelf of individually coloured spines gives the room its life, and it is worth doing them before anything else while your hand is fresh. Keep the plants to two or three greens so the room stays calm, and let the window light stay pale.

The palette

Every page in Imagine & Color ships with a palette chosen for that drawing. These are the 12 colours for Reading Nook, with the names they carry in the app — useful whether you are colouring on an iPad or matching pencils on paper.
